We offer exchange only. Returns and refunds are not available.
Exchange is applicable in case of:
Size issues
Color issues
Damaged or defective products

We do not provide returns or refunds under any circumstances.
Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund.

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be:
Unused and unwashed
In original condition
With original tags and packaging intact
Exchange is subject to availability of size/color.

If the product is damaged or defective, an unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must:
Be recorded from before opening the package
Clearly show the shipping label and the issue
Exchange requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted for damaged/defective items.
